Spin - Disco lights and tunes at the ready with this high intense fitness class. This is an indoor cycling class which focuses on endurance, strength and intervals. 45 mins of sweat, hard work and fun!
Aqua Aerobics - Bringing the fun back into fitness with this high energy, low impact class! This is a great cardio and toning class, using foam dumbbells and will give you a great work out with great music!
Strength and Conditioning - Focusing on technique and form to build muscle in all the right places. Focusing on strengthening the supporting muscles, increasing mobility, correct posture and stabilizing joints.
Healthy for Life - A low intense cardio and toning classes catered to over 50’s, but of course everyone is welcome!
HIIT - Get your sweat on with this high Intensity class, with cardio and toning segments.
HIIT Step - A great cardio class guaranteed to get you moving and sweating. Dumbbells can be added for extra toning.
Instructors Choice - You’ll never know what you will get, but will get you moving and sweating for sure!
Body Sculpt - Targets the full body using free weights, resistance and body weight. Helps to tone and sculpt muscles.
Arms & Core - Working the upper body and core focusing on triceps, biceps, shoulders and abdominal muscles to the max. Feel the burn with this killer class using free weights, resistance and your own body weight.
30/30 - This is two 30 minute workouts in one class! From cardio to strength to mobility, you're guaranteed to be sore and sweating after!
KB Killer - A kettlebell class designed to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility. Using dynamic movements such as swings, cleans, presses, and squats. These exercises combine cardio and strength training for a calorie-torching, functional fitness experience.
Circuits - This class is designed around a series of stations, each focusing on a different exercise targeting strength, cardio, or endurance. Participants rotate through stations at timed intervals. With a mix of high-intensity and low-intensity stations, this class ensures a balanced, full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels.
Saturday Smash - Much like our instructors choice. This weekly class on a Saturday morning is an hour long calorie burning surprise. A mixture of everything from the previous week of classes can be expected. The instructor has free reign. Be prepared to sweat!
