Festive Easter weekend!!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Knightsbrook Hotel. We attended a family meeting, 50 of us in total and I can truly recommend it, the hotel is beautiful with amazing scenery, rooms are large and decorated nicely, there is a pool area where you can relax and the staff members are amazing, especially Andrea who was so attentive and provided an exceptional service. Thanks for the lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent customer service

Knightsbrook Spa 10/10
My mam and I visited the spa for my 21st birthday celebrations and we have never been treated so well! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the facilities were amazing, the place was spotless and so so relaxing! Everything you want in a spa day. A special shoutout to our two lovely ladies who took care of us, Rennae and Katelyn, you two made it a lot more special and welcoming! It felt so personal and are amazing at their jobs!! Knightsbrook Leisuire Centre and Gym 
I am a member of Knightbrook gym for over a year now and my experience with the leisure cente has always been an extremely positive one. The management and staff of the leisure centre are excellent and they all work so hard. They are professional, kind , well informed, full of knowledge and positive. We have been lucky enough to have had Teresa , JJ and Conor for swimming lessons in the past. They are brilliant with the children and learn so much. They made sure that they had a positive experience with swimming. Roisín, Eleanor, Emily, Shane, Seán and Conor do fantastic gym class that are challenging but achievable. There is a great variety in the classes, they change exercises for anyone who needs it and they also know everyone by first name ( which is so nice). Katie , Emma , Ann and Rosie are brilliant on the front desk , they work so hard and are so friendly. This is the fourth gym I have been a member of and what it lacks in equipment it makes up with in its staff, the staff is by far its biggest asset.

Delicious Afternoon tea and dinner 😀
I was with my wife for afternoon tea. Everything was delicious. We found out that the chef Kasia had prepared for us. Thank you soo much ☺️For dinner we returned to the Terrace Lounge . We ordered wings and fish cake to starters, and steak and salmon for the main course. The steak was delicious, I haven't eaten such good medium-rare for a long time. My wife's salmon was very good, tender and juicy. ☺️It was difficult to obtain information about which chef prepared this delicious dinner, so it would be a good idea to write on the board which chef is on which shift, so that the customer could find out more easily. After receiving the information, my wife and I would like to thank the chef Aga and Kasia 😀 A very good duo and even better work. It was worth coming back here and eating meals from the same chefs. Very good job girls.👏 The service was efficient, without problems, and the dishes arrived quickly. We recommend going for afternoon tea and dinner. We will definitely come back here.🥰.

Our Amazing experience, Here come the girls...
Was recently here with my sisters and mam we were booked in for the here come the girls package and it really is the perfect package, I'll start off with the thermal suite was just magical it felt like I was in a whole different world, followed by our spa treatments my 2nd ever treatment and well needed being a first time mammy but UGNE was absolutely amazing I couldn't fault her from start to finish, makes me want to treat myself more often, a special thank you to the crew on reception who were so professional and friendly and really looked after us for myself being a first time mam, my mam due to go into retirement and my sister getting a promotion and other sister getting a house 🏠 lots of TLC, I would highly recommend, thank you again to the Team at the Knightbrook.

Would stay again in this wonderful hotel
From the time of booking with the extremely helpful Bogusia (apologies if spelling incorrect) the whole experience could not have been better. Staff are the key to the success of any business & the delivery of excellent customer service is obviously to the fore of Knightsbrook’s business model. I stayed recently on a 2 ngt break + 1 dinner with 2 friends. Our room was spacious, comfortable & spotlessly clean. The food was excellent especially on the 2nd morning when there was table service (I am not a fan of buffet breakfasts!) Dinner was delicious with the whole experience overseen by Kevin who could not do enough for us dealing promptly with a small issue that we had. Reginald also delivered an excellent service in the Terrace Lounge. It would be extremely remiss of me not to mention the wonderful leisure centre facilities which were a pleasure to use & the fantastic staff notably Ann & others. Finally Michelle, Linda & Co on reception were warm, welcoming & helpful making for a 5* mini break experience! Thank you!

Nice holiday
My family and I have spent two very nice days in this great hotel. The room was clean and very spacious. Swimming pool, spa and gym very good. Golf course spectacular and very nice. Wonderful breakfast and very friendly service especially the waitress Andrea.

Great stay at Knightsbrook
We had a great 2 night stay. the staff could not have been any more helpful . from the time we checked in we were very well looked after. rooms were very comfortable and neat .
The food in Rococo restaurant was excellent and service brilliant from all the staff but especially David that was looking after our table . he was so helpful and polite. Over all we had a great stay and could not fault anything. We Would highly recommend this Hotel.

The best waitress ever
We went to a confirmation dinner last week. Everything thing was amazing, but I have to give a special shout out to michaella. She was absolutely amazing, so friendly and went above and beyound the rest of the staff. She never stopped working and always had a smile on her face. Knightsbrook are lucky to have u.

Nollaig na mBan 
I have a story to tell! It was my wife birthday, I got an email (November) about the Nollaig Na mBan promo for two nights and dinner..etc. I called and booked for the event, and as always, Lynda (customer service) was second to none and made things so easy and perfect. I live in Sligo, but I love that hotel, anyway, there was a little problem, I didn't know what Nollaig Na mBan means!! it was supposed to be a surprise to my wife. On Saturday January 6 we were in the hotel, we went down to have our champagne (as advertised) , and I saw all these ladies , very well dressed, talking and laughing...I look around, I was the only MALE...I learned what Nollaig Na mBan was..I felt very uncomfortable to be the only male with nearly 200+ female..but the staff is great , talked to reception about the story, they were very understanding (especially Lydia), who helped us and arranged a dinner in the restaurant and save the day.

The staff is great and friendly...I love that place.

Spontaneous Trip - Absolutely Fantastic Place
The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, the food is delicious, not only the place itself but also the service is absolutely satisfying.
Alanna helped us book the hotel and we spent an amazing two days there!
Professionalism and culture at the highest level, the hotel met all our expections. We will definitely come back here again.

Another Amazing Stay & Spa Visit
This is my 3rd time staying in the knightsbrook and my 2nd time attending the nollaig na mban ball. We had a fantastic time at the ball and amazing entertainment as always. The food both for dinner and breakfast was superb. The bed was so comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was top.My mother and I booked into the river spa the following morning for a package including afternoon tea. Our therapists, Katie and eimear (apologies if I got their names mixed up) were amazing and the treatments were out of this world. All of the staff in the knightsbrook on this visit and any prior, have been so helpful and friendly always with a smile on their faces :)

Courtyard Homes on site are lovely
I've just returned from a stay at the Court Yard houses onsite of the Knightbrook hotel and my family and I were pleasantly surprised. The house was lovely and spacious with big bedrooms and all ensuite. We ate in the Terrace Lounge, food was lovely, service very good and had a lovely cosy, quite relaxed atmosphere. We also had a swim in the swimming pool. Changing rooms and swimming pool area was clean and warm so we really enjoyed it and stated longer than expected. I would recommend the houses and the hotel and will definitely book again in the future.

 Magical Christmas
As a returning customer for Christmas Package we had another Absolute Amazing Christmas spent in knightsbrook hotel. The kids had the most magical Christmas, we’re a large family booking over the Christmas of 18 people and staff done there upmost to make our stay the most relaxed and comfortable. My little boys birthday was Xmas Eve and they make it special every year Birthday song at breakfast from Kieran Mackintosh was brilliant. Xmas eve singer in lobby cookies and hot chocolate was magical for kids followed by beautiful food and same again Christmas night and stephens night compliments to the chef and Kevin Li who assures we are well looked after at meals.

To the music played in the bar on Xmas night stephens night which the kids were allowed enjoy,which is a must for a family vacation made our family gathering most enjoyable. Gifts in our room, swimming and not to mention the spa treatments are a must!! Also the hairdresser she’s absolutely lovely Hotel rooms cleaned on a daily which is great at Christmas, Very family friendly and hotel staff are the nicest and kindest , special thanks to kieran Mackintosh who was constantly on hand helping with luggage and maken sure our needs were met absolute Gent Thanks to Michelle for sorting any issues and Thanks to Kevin Li , Catering Staff and just to mention Christmas menu was delicious! We will be returning to this beautiful hotel for our fort year running December 2024.

 5 Star Treatment on Christmas Package!
My husband , daughter and I availed of the Christmas package this year and it was such good value! The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much bother. Very attentive and professional. The food was delicious! If you are undecided as to whether you would like to do the Christmas package, don't hesitate, just book it! You won't regret it.

Relaxed and Carefree
The River Spa is the ultimate spa experience. This time I returned for the body bliss special. Louise and Katie at spa Reception made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Angelica guided me on my way to prepare for my experience, these ladies covered it all and Caitlin my massage therapist was nothing short of amazing. I’m still Feeling so relaxed These ladies really made my day. I left feeling great with a huge smile on my face as if i hadn’t care in the world. Thank you the River Spa

Amazing Bar Staff
Stayed in the hotel a while back in November with my husband. Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing staff members. Everyone was friendly from beginning to end. Someone who stood out to me was Calin in the swifts bar. He was so attentive and lovely to myself and husband. He’s a credit to this hotel. I had to go to the lady at reception to ask for his name because he really made my day at the bar and was ever so helpful. I will be staying here again.

Made my Wedding Weekend really special!
I got married in a nearby venue which didn't have accommodation, so myself, my husband and our immediate families stayed here for the 3 nights. We had originally booked to stay in the houses, however, the hotel had informed us that the houses were actually not available, so they gave us rooms in the hotel; and I'm glad they did!First off, I could not praise the staff enough!! Extremely courteous, could not be more accommodating for us. They bunked my self and my husband up into two suites. Absolutely fabulous rooms- large two storey rooms with their own sitting room, ideal for a bridal party. Both our familes were very happy with their double/ twin rooms; large and decorated nicely. We ate in the restaurant on the first and last day, again the service was top-notch with good food. I look forward to returning here and would highly recommend.

Great staff
Attended a family Wedding and celebrated my Wife's 50th birthday on the Oct bank holiday Weekend. Kieran Mackintosh was a delightful, helpful and friendly member of staff there to greet us and help make our stay as comfortable as possible. We met Peter the owner and enjoyed a lovely conversation with him twice during our stay. Room was super and the food terrific. We will definitely be booking to stay again soon please God.

Spa, afternoon tea, night stay!
It was our 2nd stay in this hotel and excellent each time. Alanna in reception made sure from the very start that we were looked after our room was carefully picked out a fabulous suite spotless and cosy. The spa was great a lovely massage from Eimear and sarah it was perfect they both made us feel refreshed and energised. Afternoon tea was amazing Keith and penny made us feel comfortable and made everything even more enjoyable and relaxing with their great service.Food was great but service in rococo restaurant could’ve been better breakfast was delivered to room and was delish can’t wait to come back to the spa before Christmas!

Fab for weddings
We had our wedding here in the knightsbrook 3/11/2023. From start to finish we loved every minute of it! The food was amazing and we had so many compliments from our guests, the room was decorated beautifully and all the staff were amazing, the bridal suite was fab! I loved the jacuzzi bath and the beautiful views from the room. most of all we would like to thank the wedding coordinator, Donna, she went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank her enough! She truly was amazing and helped make our day so special. Thank you so much Donna for everything. I would highly recommend this hotel and I sure will be back. Also, this hotel is perfect for all your onsight photos as there’s so much around it and inside for the perfect photos.

Intensive swim week for children
My daughters completed an intensive swim week in the Knightsbrook Hotel over the halloween holidays. Katie was the swim instructor and she was excellent, the class size was small so each child got lots of individual attention. Katie was very patient and kind and catered very well with a nervous swimmer. It was great to see the progress the girls made with Katie over the week. We will definitely be booking in for the next intensive swim and would highly recommend it to others.

Very enjoyable friendly hotel to relax in for a break away
Went to my sisters wedding on the 29th of October and celebrated my 50th birthday on the 31st. Kieran Mackintosh was a delightful helpful and friendly member of staff there to greet us and help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Staff
I have been staying at this hotel every month for well over a year, when visiting with my Father, who has dementia. My father spends the day with me each Saturday. The staff are exceptionally supportive and obliging. In particular I would like to say thank you to Derek Hegarty, Jack Carney both porters, who have gone above and beyond for me. To reception staff: Michelle Halo, Martyna Warkzac, David Curran, Lydia Barak and Ailbhe. No matter how busy the staff are, every single one of them are always polite friendly and helpful. Going every month to the same hotel for this long shows a true reflection, and I am grateful to each and every person I have mentioned. Thank you, I cannot recommend this hotel enough, from a staff perspective especially.

Lovely break
Great hotel we had a lovely family Halloween break. Kids loved the pool and the staff are so helpful especially Kieran he was so good with the children and also Susan in the terrace lounge. We will be back very soon.

Halloween Break with Family
We have rented one of the holiday lodges, those are absolutely stunning, very comfortable, each bedroom is ensuite, the beds are ready made, plenty of towels provided as well. Kitchen is fully equipped and tea/coffee/sugar and milk was provided, which was great as we didn't bring any with us for a short break. The houses are right opposite the hotel entrance, 30 sec walk. We availed of breakfast, which offered a good selection of cold and hot options, fruit salad bar, yogurts, selection of specialty teas as well. Dinner in Rococo Restaurant- lovely ambiance, friendly staff who made sure we had everything, the food was very nice!
We visited for Puka Festival, they had Macy Gray in Concert and we also went to Farmaphobia- great location if you are planning to attend in the future. We also had the Rasul Treatment, it was fabulous, the steam room there is top class, excellent skin treatment. We will definitely return same time next year! thank you!
